The Development Coordinator is an integral part of the advancement team providing support for “I Have a Dream’s” fundraising programs. The Coordinator supports all internal development activities. Major responsibilities include ensuring detailed arrangements and preparation for appointments and tours, and tracking donors, prospects and goals using donor database and spreadsheets.

This position reports to the VP of Advancement.

Program Coordinator – Class 10

The Program Coordinator (PC) is a full time employee of “I Have a Dream”® Foundation-Oregon responsible for the daily, hands-on leadership and guidance of our youngest Dreamers in NE Portland.  The PC provides mentoring, tutoring, support and encouragement to Dreamers and their families, planning, coordinating and scheduling activities and services. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our current Program Coordinator in providing joint leadership for our ten-year program for 60 at-risk students.  These Dreamers are currently in the 7th grade and in their fifth year of this program.  The program will stay with these students through their graduation from high school and into college.

This position reports to the Director of Dreamer Programs.

Middle School Program Coordinator

The Middle School Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the programming for “I Have a Dream” – Oregon’s Dreamer School at Reynolds Middle School and H.B. Lee middle schools in Reynolds School District. Major responsibilities include the coordination and assignment of program volunteers to host schools, the oversight of daily operations, monitoring and tracking in depth collaboration with our organizational partners, Dreamer School staff, Dreamer parents and students and to create a strong Dreamer School culture among the cohorts between the two schools.

This position reports to the Director of Dreamer Programs.
